Appointments
For an appointment call (703) 435-4320. Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Appointments can be made in advance for routine and follow up visits. Same day appointments will also be available for urgent matters. Follow - up appointments can be made over the phone or as you leave our office. To see Dr. Chiantella in the Leesburg office, patients should call 703-737-7333
We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand. As a courtesy to other patients and staff, please call the office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment or are going to be late.
New Patients
If you are a new patient, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment to complete our patient registration forms, which you may also download and complete in advance.
Cancellations
To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
